THE SECOND PHASE OF EMPOWERING WOMEN IN THE PRODUCTION PROJECT HAS STARTED, WITH A SPECIFIC PROTOCOL IN PLACE!

Tirsan Kardan and MOSB Vocational and Anatolian Technical High School have recently entered into a protocol for the “Mentor-Mentee Social Responsibility Project.” The primary objective of this project is to enhance the training of qualified female graduates and to promote increased employment opportunities for women in the production sector.

A mentoring initiative has been launched to emphasize long-term and sustainable outcomes. This program pairs high school senior female students from MOSB Vocational and Anatolian Technical High School with our female employees. The primary goal of this project is to nurture the personal development of female students in vocational high schools, contribute to the cultivation of accomplished female graduates, facilitate their transition into the professional world, and ultimately facilitate their employment.

How Did It Start?

The “Empowering Women in Production” project, launched in 2023 at Tirsan Kardan with the aim of enhancing female employment, has been successfully concluded, with 58 female colleagues joining our team to contribute to the production process.
